Abstract:

In this course we will discuss the importance of hiring for a cultural fit. We will examine the importance of quickly establishing rapport with the candidate through the technique of empathy. We will discuss legal and illegal interview questions. We will also look at several companies that focused on hiring for culture and how it led to their success in the marketplace. This training also allows time for participants to create behavioral interview questions based on their company's culture to use at their next interview.
