An Advisor’s Guide to Sell-Side Transactions

Abstract:

As trusted advisors, we can bring value to our business owner clients as they begin to have conversations, and explore exit planning. The decisions they need to make can be complex and a wrong decision can be costly. This program will offer you strategies to enhance the value you bring your clients and position you to identify the additional expertise needed to support a sell-side transaction.
